Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of asparagus (about 250g)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Prepare the Asparagus:

- Trim the woody ends of the asparagus.
- Place the asparagus on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Season the Asparagus:
- Drizzle the olive oil over the asparagus.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
- Toss to coat evenly.
- Roast the Asparagus:
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven.
- Roast for 10-12 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and slightly browned.
- Finish and Serve:
- Remove the asparagus from the oven.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the asparagus.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
