Tils\u00e6t \u00bc tsk bagepulver, og r\u00f8r \u2013 det kan boble let. Bland 2 spsk majsstivelse, r\u00f8get paprika, hvidl\u00f8gspulver og salt i en anden sk\u00e5l.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pan\u00e9r tofuen:<\/strong> Dyp hver tofu-tern i slurryen med bagepulver, lad overskydende v\u00e6ske dryppe af, og vend i den t\u00f8rre majsstivelsesblanding, s\u00e5 den er j\u00e6vnt d\u00e6kket.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Steg tofu:<\/strong> Varm 4 spsk jordn\u00f8ddeolie i en stor wok ved middel-h\u00f8j varme (ca. 180-190\u00b0C). Steg tofuen i 6-8 minutter, vend den lejlighedsvis, til den er gylden, spr\u00f8d og let oppustet. L\u00e6g p\u00e5 k\u00f8kkenrulle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Wok gr\u00f8ntsager:<\/strong> Tils\u00e6t 1 spsk ekstra jordn\u00f8ddeolie til wokken, hvis n\u00f8dvendigt. Saut\u00e9r r\u00f8dl\u00f8g, hvidl\u00f8g, chili og de hvide dele af for\u00e5rsl\u00f8gene i 1 minut. Tils\u00e6t gulerod og broccoli, wok i 3 minutter. Tilf\u00f8j peberfrugt, sukker\u00e6rter og shiitakesvampe, og wok i 3-4 minutter, til gr\u00f8ntsagerne er m\u00f8re, men spr\u00f8de.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lav saucen:<\/strong> Bland sojasauce, tamarindpasta, agavesirup, sriracha, ingef\u00e6r, sesamolie og 2 spsk vand i en sk\u00e5l.
