{"id":187,"date":"2025-05-01T13:06:55","date_gmt":"2025-05-01T13:06:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/akhm.dk\/?page_id=187"},"modified":"2025-05-01T13:46:23","modified_gmt":"2025-05-01T13:46:23","slug":"vietnamese-inspired-vegan-wok","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/akhm.dk\/index.php\/opskrifter-ai-genererede\/vietnamese-inspired-vegan-wok\/","title":{"rendered":"Quick Vietnamese-Inspired Vegan Wok"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 bags of pre-cut vegetable mix (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, snap peas, and cabbage) (Rema1000)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 blocks of firm tofu, drained and pressed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 cloves of garlic, minced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 small onions, thinly sliced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 tablespoons of soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tablespoons of rice vinegar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tablespoons of maple syrup (or brown sugar)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 teaspoons of Sriracha or chili sauce (optional, for heat)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 tablespoons of vegetable oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 tablespoons of sesame oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 green onions, chopped (for garnish)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A large handful of fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 limes, cut into wedges (for serving)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cooked jasmine rice or noodles (for serving)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructions:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Prepare the Tofu:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cut the tofu into small cubes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of sesame oil, and 2 teaspoons of Sriracha (if using). Add the tofu cubes and toss to coat. Set aside.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Prepare the Sauce:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining soy sauce, rice vinegar, maple syrup, and 2 tablespoons of water. Set aside.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cook the Vegetables:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Heat the vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the minced garlic and sliced onions, and saut\u00e9 for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the pre-cut vegetable mix to the wok and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are tender but still crisp. You may need to do this in batches if your wok is not large enough.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Add the Tofu:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Push the vegetables to one side of the wok and add the marinated tofu cubes. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until the tofu is lightly browned.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix the tofu with the vegetables.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Finish the Dish:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pour the prepared sauce over the vegetables and tofu.
