{"id":33,"date":"2022-09-05T20:48:24","date_gmt":"2022-09-05T20:48:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/akhm.dk\/?page_id=33"},"modified":"2022-09-05T20:54:33","modified_gmt":"2022-09-05T20:54:33","slug":"lasagne-som-mamma-selv-laver-den","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/akhm.dk\/index.php\/opskrifter\/lasagne-som-mamma-selv-laver-den\/","title":{"rendered":"Lasagne \u2013 som Mamma selv laver den"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredienser<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Denne opskrift er baseret p\u00e5 den fra Mortens opskriftsamling som var at finde p\u00e5 nettet tilbage i 1995&#8230; Jeg har tilf\u00f8jet bacon og sambal olek for at spice det hele lidt op.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">(8 personer)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Til at l\u00e6gge sammen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1000 g lasagneplader (hav rigeligt&#8230; jeg bruger mere end 2 pakker p\u00e5 denne portion)<\/li><li>80 g reven parmesanost<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">K\u00f8dsauce<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>200g Bacon tern<\/li><li>1 tsk Sambal Olek<\/li><li>800 g hk. oksek\u00f8d<\/li><li>4 fed hk. hvidl\u00f8g (eller mere)<\/li><li>2 stor hk. l\u00f8g<\/li><li>1 dl olivenolie<\/li><li>salt og peber<\/li><li>5 laurb\u00e6rblade<\/li><li>1 tsk basilikum eller timian<\/li><li>1 bouillonterning<\/li><li>1 dl r\u00f8dvin<\/li><li>1 d\u00e5se fl\u00e5ede tomater<\/li><li>1 d\u00e5se koncentreret tomatpur\u00e9 150 g<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bechamel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>100 g sm\u00f8r<\/li><li>100 g mel<\/li><li>1 L S\u00f8dm\u00e6lk, cirka<\/li><li>salt og hvid peber<\/li><li>1 tsk reven muskatn\u00f8d<\/li><li>150 g reven parmesanost<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instrukser<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"kodsauce\">K\u00f8dsauce:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Svits bacon i olien til den begynder at blive let spr\u00f8d. Tilf\u00f8j l\u00f8gene og svits middel varme til de er klare. <\/li><li>Tilf\u00f8j hvidl\u00f8g og efter 35-10 sek k\u00f8ddet. Svits til k\u00f8d er brunet. <\/li><li>H\u00e6ld vinen ned over k\u00f8ddet og lad det koge ind. Kan med fordel g\u00f8res et par gange (2-3 dl vin).<\/li><li>Tils\u00e6t tomatpur\u00e9 og svits det lidt.<\/li><li>Tils\u00e6t krydderier, fl\u00e5ede tomater, samt bouillon og lad det sm\u00e5snurre i mindst 15 minutter.  (gerne l\u00e6ngere men tils\u00e6t vand undervejs)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"bechamelsauce\">Bechamelsauce: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bag melet af i sm\u00f8rret i en gryde.<\/li><li>Pisk m\u00e6lken i lidt efter lidt. Dette tager noget tid. <\/li><li>Tils\u00e6t krydderierne og parmesanosten og lad saucen koge godt igennem.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"lasagne\">Lasagne: <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Kog lasagnepladerne (3-4 ad gangen) i rigeligt saltet vand, tilsat lidt olie, i 5-6 minutter. Lasagnepladerne tages op af det kogende vand og l\u00e6gges til afdrypning p\u00e5 et t\u00f8rt kl\u00e6de.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"samling\">Samling:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sm\u00f8r ovnfast fad med olie. <\/li><li>L\u00e6g lasagnepladerne, k\u00f8dsaucen og bechamelsaucen lagvis i fadene.  Lagene skal v\u00e6re ret tynde.
